How it all works

When you call or email Contact counselling someone will ask a few questions about how we might get in touch with you, your name and address and whether it is okay to phone you on the number that you give.

Next we will arrange an appointment with one of our counsellors at a time to suit both you and the counsellor.

We have counsellors in the east, central and west areas of Edinburgh.

Our Fee Structure

For people with no income, students and those who work part-time our fee is £25 and for those in full-time employment it is £35 per session.

Duration of Sessions

The sessions normally run for one hour

Duration of Counselling

We usually suggest that an initial commitment of four sessions to our clients and then see how the counselling is going.
